Return and Exchange Policy

At Pratibamba Jewellers and Bullions (OPC) Private Limited, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality jewellery and bullion products. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following return and exchange policy:

Return Conditions

A customer may initiate a return under the following conditions:

• Defective or damaged product: The product is defective, damaged, or not as described.
• Wrong product: The product received is not the one ordered.
• Size or design issue: The product does not fit or meet the customer's design expectations.

Return Procedure

To initiate a return, the customer must:

1. Notify us within 7 days: Inform us via phone, email, or in-person within 7 days of delivery.
2. Provide proof of purchase: Show the original invoice or receipt.
3. Return the product: Return the product in its original condition, with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact.

Refund and Exchange Options

After verifying the return, we offer the following options:

• Full refund: A full refund of the purchase amount will be processed within 7-10 working days.
• Exchange: The customer can exchange the product for another item of equal or higher value.
• Store credit: A store credit note can be issued, redeemable within 6 months.

Exceptions

The following products are not eligible for returns or exchanges:

• Custom-made or altered products: Products customized or altered as per the customer's specifications.
• Special orders: Products ordered specifically for the customer, which are not part of our regular inventory.
• Bullion products: Bullion products, such as gold or silver coins, are eligible for returns or exchanges according to price on the same day.

Governing Law

This Return and Exchange Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
